摘  要:精油提取技术对精油品质以及植物原料的综合利用都具有重要的影响。本文综述了从实验室到工业化精油生产中常用的8类提取技术及其最新研究进展:共水蒸馏,水蒸气蒸馏,同时蒸馏萃取,压榨法,超临界流体萃取,亚临界水萃取,无溶剂微波萃取和即时控制降压提取法,并指出了这些提取技术的优缺点及精油提取产业的一些发展趋势。Extraction technologies have great importance to the quality of essential oil and full utilization of plant materials.8 kinds of essential oil extraction technologies which were frequently used in the lab or in the industry were summarized,including hydro distillation,steam distillation,simultaneous distillation extraction,cold pressing,supercritical CO_2 extraction,subcritical water extraction,solvent-free microwave extraction and instant controlled pressure drop extraction.Advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were given as well as several tendencies in the extraction of essential oil.
