牡蛎壳改性硅藻泥的性能研究

摘　　要：硅藻泥是在乳胶漆、壁纸之后出现的新型装饰壁材,由于原料取自硅藻,具有丰富的特性和功能。以滑石粉涂料作参照,测试了牡蛎壳改性硅藻泥壁材的性能,结果表明:相同条件下,改性硅藻泥保持室内温度和湿度趋于恒定,受外界影响较小,而滑石粉涂料变化幅度明显较大;经24 h测试,改性硅藻泥对室内甲醛吸收较为完全,而滑石粉涂料对甲醛无明显吸收。Diatom mud is a kind of new decorative wall material after the emergence of paint and wallpaper,and has a wealth of features and functions since the material is taken from diatoms.Compared with talcum powder coatings,the performance of the diatom mud wall material modified oyster shell was investigated.The results showed that under the same conditions,the indoor temperature and humidity in diatom mud modified tended to keep constant,less affected by the outside world,and that in talc coating had a significantly larger change range.After the test for 24 h,the indoor formaldehyde was absorbed more completely by diatom mud modified,and had no significant absorption by talc coating formaldehyde.
