浅谈“挑战杯”平台对理工科创新人才培养的作用

摘　　要：讨论了大学生"挑战杯"平台在理工科创新型人才培养中的作用以及如何将这种作用付诸于实践。"挑战杯"平台的建立既锻炼学生的团队协作精神和沟通能力,同时又有利于培养他们的创新思维和创造能力,在理工科创新型人才的培养中具有积极作用。通过该论文的讨论希望对基于"挑战杯"平台的高校理工科大学生的创新型人才培养具有一定的参考价值。The ＂Challenge Cup＂competition is an important platform for training innovation ability and how to make these measures into practice.The establishments of the＂Challenge Cup＂platform not only exercise the students＇ teamwork spirit and communication skills,but also cultivate their creative thinking and creative ability,which plays a positive role in the cultivation of innovative talents in science and engineering.This research is hoped to be valuable for cultivating science and engineering innovative talents base on the ＂Challenge Cup＂.
