高校大型仪器设备使用现状分析及管理对策

摘　　要：大型仪器设备是高校教学、科研、人才培养和社会服务中不可或缺的重要物质基础,是完成高水平科研工作的必备条件,也是评价一所高校综合办学实力的重要指标之一。针对当前高校大型仪器使用和管理中存在的问题,结合苏州大学仪器设备管理实际,对高校仪器设备使用现状进行分析,在此基础上探索大型仪器设备管理的对策:包括大型仪器设备的购置论证、使用管理、维护维修、设备共享和效益评价等。Large instruments and equipment plays an indispensable role in teaching,scientific research,talent cultivation and social services as an important material base.It is not only an essential condition for achieving high level scientific research work,but also an important indicator for evaluating the comprehensive strength of running a school.In light of the problems of the large-scale use and management in universities,the equipment management practice of Soochow University was discussed,based on analyzing the present situation about the use of the large-scale instruments in universities.A set of new ideas for the general management was set up by means of putting emphasis on the principle：the demonstration of equipment purchase,the using,maintenance and repairing,and equipment sharing and benefit evaluation of all aspects.
