浅谈七情内伤致心肾不交与皮肤病的关系

摘　　要：传统中医学中心肾相交是人体基本的生理过程,对生命基本物质的化生和运行极为重要,同时为七情发生提供了物质条件。而七情内伤又可致心肾不交,随着社会竞争激烈,生活节奏加快,情志不舒者比比皆是。内伤七情而致心肾不交这一证型于神志疾患中讨论甚多,于皮肤疾病中论述甚少。今就其理论在临床常见皮肤疾病的发病机制、临床应用进行浅要探析,并梳理应用交通心肾法治疗黄褐斑的临床案例,以飨同道。In traditional Chinese medicine,kidney and heart intersection is human＇s basic physiological process. On the basic components of life and operation,it is very important and also provides seven emotions for the material conditions. And impassioned internal injuries can cause disharmony between heart and kidney. With the fierce social competition as well as the quickening pace of life,emotional discomfort can be found everywhere and the impassioned internal injuries caused by disharmony between heart and kidney are more than discussed in mental disorders and less in skin diseases. Now it discussed the theory in clinical common skin disease pathogenesis and clinical application of shallow probing and summed up the application method of transporting heart and kidney in treatment of chloasma by clinical cases.
