摘  要:目的:研究酸枣仁皂苷A在人体粪便孵育液中的代谢转化。方法:人体粪便孵育液与酸枣仁皂苷A在体外37℃厌氧条件下共同培养,通过ELSD对孵育液中酸枣仁皂苷A的含量进行检测。结果:酸枣仁皂苷A与人体粪便孵育液在体外37℃厌氧条件下共同培养24 h之后,19 min处酸枣仁皂苷A峰消失,并于22 min处出现一个新峰,经ELSD检测后鉴定代谢产物为酸枣仁皂苷B。结论:酸枣仁皂苷A在人体粪便孵育液中代谢转化为酸枣仁皂苷B。Objective: To study the biotransformation of jujuboside A by human fecal incubation solution. Methods: The jujuboside A and human fecal incubation solution at 37 ℃ were incubated under anaerobic conditions to determine the content of jujuboside A of the incubation solution by ELSD. Results: The jujuboside was anaerobically incubated with human fecal incubation solution at 37 ℃ for 24 h. The chromatographic peak of jujuboside A disappeared at 19 min,a new chromatographic peak in 22 min.After the examination of ELSD,the metabolite was identified as jujuboside B. Conclusion: Jujuboside A can transform to jujuboside B in human intestinal flora in vitro.
