摘  要:目的:观察脑瘤患者井穴体表导电量的变化及其与人体生理病理的相关性。方法:使用"第五代经络能量分析仪",对60例脑瘤患者和60例健康人十二经井穴的体表导电量进行检测。结果:正常人双侧经穴导电量具有对称性,双侧无显著性差异;脑瘤患者双侧井穴总体导电量均失衡,十二经脉失衡率高于健康组,且两组间比较在胆经、肝经、胃经、小肠经、三焦经具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:脑瘤组的组内和组间比较均说明双侧经络导电量失衡与疾病存在相关性,经络电学特性的诊断方法在与疾病的特异性和相关性方面存在一定的临床意义。Objective: To observe the superficial conductive volume changes of encephaloma patients' Jing- Well points before operation and the correlation and between physiology and pathology with electric characteristic of the acupoints. Methods: A total of60 encephaloma cases and 60 healthy cases were tested with Meridian Energy Analysis Device 5. 06 to measure the superficial conductive volume of twelve Jing- Well Points. Results: The symmetry characteristic of left- right meridians' electric resistance existed in normal people and the comparison of left- right meridians had no significant difference. The conductive volumes of encephaloma patients' left- right Jing- Well points were out of balance. The ratio of unbalanced meridians was more than the normal group's and the left- right electric resistance of the meridians of gallbladder,liver,stomach,small intestine and Sanjiao were significantly unbalanced( P〈0. 05) and the significant difference( P〈0. 05) existed on the above meridians between two groups. Conclusion: There was a correlation between the unbalanced electric resistance of left- right meridian and disease in the left- right or group comparison. There was some clinical significance of diagnostic method of electric characteristic on the specific correlation with disease and the correlation with disease need to be researched and confirmed more further.
