摘　　要：前期很多研究证明,多种中药及单体有阻滞恶性肿瘤细胞周期的作用。而真核细胞的DNA损伤检查点是细胞周期阻滞的重要机制之一,在维持遗传信息稳定方面起到重要作用。其功能受损会导致细胞周期紊乱,异常细胞集聚,最终诱发恶性肿瘤的产生。很多人类恶性肿瘤中可见与这一通路相关的异常表现。很多已知癌基因也是通过影响这一通路发挥致癌作用,从而形成错综复杂的网络。这一系列表现也正暗合了人体微观层面上的阴阳消长平衡以及正邪相争的过程。文章在此基础上更深一步地归纳探究了中药及单体对DNA损伤检查点的多方面影响,期冀能为未来中医药防治恶性肿瘤提供机制支撑和新的研究思路。Numerous traditional Chinese medicine and effective components have been proved to be efficient in blocking cell cycle of human cancer cells. Meanwhile,DNA damage response（ DDR） acts as the key point of cell cycle blocking,which is important in maintaining genetic stability. The impaired DDR,which detected in many human tumor,may induce cell cycle disorder,abnormal cell accumulation,finally leading to malignant tumor. A number of well- known oncogenes also play their role through this pathway. Above all together form a complex network,in which we can observe the dynamic equilibrium between Yin- Yang,and the struggle between Zheng- Xie on the mirco- level of human body. Based on these studies,impacts of Chinese Medicine and effective components on DDR were explored in this article in hope of providing a new mechanism and research idea for preventing and treating the malignant tumor.
