摘　　要：已有研究表明微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在正常细胞和包括胃癌在内的肿瘤细胞中的表达有明显差异,其在胃癌的发生、演变、转移等诸多环节起着不容忽视的作用。而幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与胃癌的发生发展关系十分密切。近年来有研究提示,通过调控miRNA可能影响Hp感染的相关胃癌的发生发展。文章就与Hp感染相关的miRNA分子及其作用机制和miRNA与胃癌的关系作一综述。Studies have shown the differences between normal cells and gastric cancer cells. The microRNA plays an important role in many links,for example,the development,the evolution and the transfer of gastric cancer. Hp has close relationship with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. In recent years,studies suggest that regulating the miRNA may affect the occurrence and development of Hp- related gastric cancer. This paper tells the mechanism of Hp infection and the microRNA being associated with gastric cancer.
