摘  要:本文介绍了应用可编程控制器(PLC)实现在钢坯表面喷印二维字符的设计。首先简单介绍了总体设计思路;其次对系统的喷字部分、字符部分、除磷部分、伺服部分、通信部分及运动控制部分和主要实现的功能进行了阐述,并对PLC的设计流程及程序流程监控画面部分作了详细解释,而且给出了设计详细的电气原理图。本文所研发的钢坯喷号控制系统基于对国内国外现状的研究,可以满足钢铁企业对系统自动化、智能化的控制要求,具有较高的稳定性、可靠性和性价比,在国内市场极具推广应用价值。This paper introduces the application of programmable logic controller(PLC) implemented in the slab surface printing character design. First, the overall system design ideas made a brief introduction; second part of the system of jet word, character parts, phosphorus part, servo part, the communication part and motion control section and the main function are described, and the design of PLC process and program flow monitoring screen portion explained in detail, and gives the design detailed electrical schematics. This paper developed by sprayingbillets number control system based on the current situation of research at home and abroad to meet the iron and steel enterprises automation systems, intelligent control requirements, high stability, reliability and cost performance in the domestic market very Promotion application.
