消瘤胶囊对肝癌细胞SMMC7721的抑制作用研究

摘　　要：观察消瘤胶囊对肝癌细胞SMMC7721的抑制作用。应用MTT法检测消瘤胶囊对肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用,流式细胞术检测消瘤胶囊对肝癌细胞的凋亡作用。Transwell法检测消瘤胶囊对肝癌细胞的迁移抑制作用。MTT法显示,消瘤胶囊对肝癌细胞SMMC7721呈现出时间和剂量的依赖性,流式细胞术显示,随着消瘤胶囊作用时间的增加和剂量浓度的增加促进细胞凋亡的作用也随之增加,Transwell法显示,高剂量浓度的消瘤胶囊能更好的抑制肝癌细胞的迁移。实验证明消瘤胶囊可以抑制肝癌细胞SMMC7721的增殖和转移。To observe inhibitory effect of the tumor suppression capsule on liver cancer cells SMMC7721 determined by MTY method to detect the effect of tumor suppression capsule on liver cancer cell growth inhibition, flow cytometry to detect tumor capsule on liver cancer cell apoptosis, and transwell method to detect tumor suppression capsule on liver cancer cell migration inhibition. Experimental results are as follows ： determined by MTT method, tumor capsule on liver cancer cells SMMC7721 presents a time- and dose- dependence;determined by flow cytometry, tumor capsule effect increases with time and dose concentration increased;Determined by transwell method high dose of tumor capsule can better inhibit liver cancer cell migration. Summary ： tumor suppression capsule can inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of liver cancer cells SMMC7721.
