摘　　要：目的本实验主要研究抗纤益心浓缩丸对昆明小鼠的急性毒理反应。方法选取昆明种小鼠20只,体重(20±2)g,随机分为正常对照组和抗纤益心浓缩丸组,各10只。分别给小鼠以最大容积、最大浓度一次灌胃,其剂量为生药151.5 g/kg体重;1天内多次给药且均以最大量生药454.5 g/kg体重,观察其1周内行为、体重变化及死亡等情况。结果小鼠行为活动及体重在观察期内无明显异常变化,无1例死亡。结论抗纤益心浓缩丸对小鼠无明显急性毒理反应。Objective This experiment mainly studied the fiber resistance good heart concentrated pill response to acute toxicity experiment of Kunming mice. Methods Respectively fi lled with maximum concentration and maximum volume 1,drug dose of 151.5 g/kg body weight, and several times within 1d most dosage,drug dose of 454.5g/kg body weight, observe the drug delivery within 1 week after body weight in mice, behavior and death, and so on and so forth. Results The drug group in mice to observe period without weight and abnormal changes of activities of no 1 case died.Conclusion The fi ne good heart concentrated pill has no obvious acute toxicity reaction.
