高校微生物实验室紫外线灭菌频率的研究

摘　　要：目的:探索紫外线杀菌频率对高校微生物实验室细菌分布的影响,提高教学质量。方法:采用四种不同的紫外线灭菌频率方案,检测空气中、桌面上细菌数以及对学生实验结果的影响。结果与结论:每天1PM和5PM各灭菌一次的方法能有效减少细菌分布数和降低学生实验结果的污染率。Objective： To investigate the effect of ultraviolet radiation frequency on the bacteria count in university microbiology laboratory, and then improve the quality of teaching. Methods： Bacteria count in the air and on the table in four different kinds of ultraviolet sterilization frequency, and the impact on the students’ experimental results. Results： The frequency of ultraviolet sterilization at 1 PM and 5 PM each day can reduce the bacteria count effectively and the pollution rate of students ’ experimental results.
