摘 要:为研究贯叶连翘的抗盐生理,本研究利用不同浓度的Na Cl溶液及相同浓度不同比例、不同盐分的混合溶液处理贯叶连翘种子进行种子萌发试验.结果表明:盐胁迫对贯叶连翘种子萌发具有抑制作用,其中Na_2CO_3的抑制作用最显著.采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,研究了贯叶连翘幼苗在不同浓度Na Cl溶液处理下不同时期过氧化物同工酶(POD)的变化情况.结果表明:不同时期的贯叶连翘在盐胁迫下,同工酶酶带有一定的差异.不同盐浓度下,同一时期贯叶连翘的同工酶酶带也有所差异.结论:盐胁迫对贯叶连翘种子萌发具有抑制作用,并对过氧化物同工酶(POD)有一定的影响.In order to understand the salt resistance of Hypericum perforatum L., and to prove whether it is suitable for saline alkali soil cultivation, the seed was treated by different concentration NaCl solution or mixed solution of same concentration with different salts. The result showed that salt stress inhibited H. perforatum seedgermination. The effect of Na2CO3 inhibition was the most significant in all salt treatments. The effect of saltstress on isoenzymes of POD in seeding growth of H. perforatum was analyzed through polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there exist some differences in the isoenzymatic patterns of POD in differentstage. And some differences in the isoenzymatic patterns of POD also occurred in different salt concentrations onthe same stage. Therefore, a conclusion was reached that salt stress inhibited H. perforatum seed germinationand effect on Peroxidase isoenzyme (POD) activities of the seedling.
