摘　　要：从道岔板下胶垫板破损、螺母松动、尖轨剥落掉块等方面,分析了耐久性少维护系列道岔出现各种质量问题的原因,并介绍了道岔设计的原则及主要参数,阐述了耐久性少维护系列道岔的改进措施,从而提高了道岔的整体质量。Starting from aspects of turnout board rubber backing plate damage,nut tottering and switch rail peeling,the paper analyzes various quality problems causes of durable low-maintenance turnout,introduces turnout design principles and major parameters,and describes durable low-maintenance turnout improving measures,with a view to improve the integral turnout quality.
