创业生态要素、创业聚集与创业发展——中国四类草根创业平台的实证比较

摘　　要：构建了创业生态要素、创业聚集与创业发展三者间影响关系的理论模型。针对目前中国4类常见的草根创业平台,选取典型创业平台中的创业者作为调研对象,利用调研数据实证分析了上述三者间的关系,并比较了各平台在三者间关系上的差异。结果表明:市场型草根创业平台"利用完善的创业生态要素吸引创业者聚集,进而促进创业发展"的情况最好;园区型草根创业平台存在"重创业者聚集、轻创业生态要素完善"的问题;社区型草根创业平台"以完善的创业生态要素吸引创业者聚集"的力度有待提高;虚拟型草根创业平台需要依靠"更完善的创业生态要素"突破"创业者过度聚集瓶颈"。This paper constructs the theoretical model for the relationship among entrepreneurial ecological factors,entrepreneurial cluster and entrepreneurial development.Then it empirically studies the relationships among them and the difference in these relationships in four types of four grass-root level entrepreneurial platforms by using the survey data about the entrepreneurs from four types of grass-root level entrepreneurial platforms.The results show as follows：the interrelationship of entrepreneurial ecological factors,entrepreneurial cluster and entrepreneurial development on market-oriented entrepreneurial platform are best;the deficiency of overemphasizing cluster than factors is obvious on park-oriented platform;the coordination degree between entrepreneurial ecological factors and entrepreneurial cluster needs to be enhanced on community-oriented platform;the cluster bottleneck could be broken by better factor condition on net-oriented platform.
