摘  要:研究猴头菇多糖的体内抗氧化活性。通过颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖,制备衰老小鼠模型,测定猴头菇多糖对D-半乳糖小鼠血清及肝脏组织内总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)及蛋白质羰基含量的影响。结果表明,D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠血清及肝脏内T-SOD、GSH含量显著降低(P<0.01),MDA与蛋白质羰基含量明显升高(P<0.01),猴头菇多糖可以显著提高D-半乳糖小鼠血清和肝脏内T-SOD、GSH含量,降低MDA与蛋白质羰基含量,对D-半乳糖小鼠,猴头菇多糖表现出良好的体内抗氧化作用。To study the antioxidant effects in vivo of polysaccharide from Hericium erinaceus on aging mice in-duced by D-galactose. Mice were subcutaneous injected with D-galactose at the neck back to establish the ag-ing model,the antioxidant activity in vivo of polysaccharide from Hericium erinaceus was evaluated by measure the contents of T-SOD,MDA,GSH and protein carbonyl in serum and liver tissue. The results showed that the contents of T-SOD and GSH in serum and liver tissue of aging mice induced by D-galactose were reduced sig-nificantly(P〈0.01), the contents of MDA and protein carbonyl were increased significantly(P〈0.01), Hericium polysaccharides was effective in improving the the contents of T-SOD and GSH in serum and liver tissue of aging mice induced by D-galactose and reducing the contents of MDA and protein carbonyl, have strong antioxidant activity in vivo.
