摘　　要：目前,慢性胃炎的发病率持续升高,其中幽门螺杆菌感染最为常见。本文选择320例Hp相关性胃炎患者,分析了中医证型与Hp感染率的关系,发现脾胃湿热是幽门螺杆菌感染中常见的证型。In current years, chronic gastritis has been rising, and Helicobacter pylori infection is most common. In the paper, 320 cases were selected as the objects. And the relationship between TCM syndrome and Hp infection was observed and analyzed. The results showed that patients with the Piwei Shi＇re type were more infected Helicobacter pylori.
