摘　　要：传统的库存控制理论已经不能够适应供应链管理的要求。在建立了供应链库存成本的组成模型的基础上对供应链管理中的单周期库存控制过程进行了深入的分析 ,建立了相应的数学模型 。The concept of inventory cost in supply chain is defined and its component model is established. Based on the definition of inventory cost in supply chain single period inventory control processes in supply chain management are analyzed. Based on the corresponding mathematical models, the optimal solution for the single period inventory control is provided.
