摘 要:羟基磷灰石-壳聚糖复合材料因其较好的生物相容性和合适的力学性能逐渐成为骨修复生物材料研究的热点。为了更好地应用于医学研究领域,羟基磷灰石-壳聚糖复合膜和三维立体支架材料也逐渐成为人们研究的重点。这篇综述在总结多年研究经验的基础上概括了羟基磷灰石-壳聚糖复合膜的研究现状,对其特点、制备、性能进行了探究,以及基于羟基磷灰石的两相及多相复合膜研究发展前景予以展望。Owing to their biocompatibility and suitable mechanical properties, hydroxyapatite-chitosan composites have become the highlighted issue of the biomaterials for bone repairing. To be applied well in medical research, hydroxyapatite-chitosan composite coatings and composite scaffold have also become the study focus. In the present paper, the recent applications and developments of hydroxyapatite-chitosan composite coatings are reviewed on the basis of many years of research. The characteristics, preparation and properties of the composite coatings are discussed as well. In addition, the study and prospects of two-phase and even multiphase hydroxyapatite composite coatings are presented.
