摘 要:目的:探讨检测外周血斯钙素‐1基因对乳腺癌诊断的临床价值。方法对80例乳腺癌患者、40例乳腺良性肿瘤患者及30名健康人采用荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测外周血中血斯钙素‐1的表达水平;比较其中60例乳腺癌患者外周血斯钙素‐1与其他血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原、(糖链抗原125、糖链抗原153)的阳性检出率。结果乳腺癌患者外周血斯钙素‐1表达率为45.0%,乳腺良性肿瘤患者为2.5%,健康人中不表达。乳腺癌患者外周血斯钙素‐1阳性检出率为45.0%,其他血清肿瘤标志物阳性检出率为30.0%,外周血斯钙素‐1阳性检出率高于其他血清肿瘤标志物阳性检出率。结论外周血斯钙素基因表达水平在乳腺癌诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,其可能成为新的用于乳腺癌诊断的肿瘤标志物。Objective To explore the value of peripheral blood stanniocalcin‐1 (STC‐1) genetic testing in the diagnosis of breast cancer .Methods The expres‐sion levels of peripheral blood stanniocalcin‐1 were detected using reverse tran‐scriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT‐PCR) in 80 breast cancer patients ,40 breast benign tumor ones and 30 health adults ;positive detection rates of peripheral blood stanniocalcin‐1 and other tumor markers (carcinoembryonic antigen ,carbohydrate antigen (CA)125 and carbohydrate( CA153) were compared a‐mong 60 of 80 breast cancer patients .Results The expression rate of peripheral blood STC‐1 in breast cancer patients was 45 .0% and 2 .5% in breast benign tumor ones ,peripheral blood STC‐1 didn’t express in health adults .The positive rate of peripheral blood STC‐1 was 45 .0% and that of other tumor markers 30 .0% in breast cancer patients ,the former higher than the latter .Conclusion Peripheral blood STC‐1 expression levels have higher value in the diagnosis of breast cancer and could become new tumor marker in the diagnosis of breast cancer .
