摘　　要：埃坡霉素B是一种微管稳定剂，与紫杉烷类作用机制类似，可诱导细胞凋亡或坏死。本文对近年来埃坡霉素B在肿瘤以及中枢神经系统损伤治疗等方面的研究进展做一综述，为临床工作提供借鉴。Epothilone B is a microtubule stabilizer that shares a similar mecha‐nism of action to taxanes and could induce cell apoptosis or necrosis .In this paper we reviewed the advance of anti‐tumor effect and central nervous system injury treatment in recent years in order to provide reference for clinical practice .
