摘　　要：高校就业指导工作涉及到学校、指导教师、学生、家长、企业、社会等各方面,是多因素组合的动态系统.基于系统论的就业指导课核心建构,要求运用系统的整体性、层次性和相关性原则,实行就业指导的全程化、全员化,抓好教师队伍建设,更新教学内容,改进教学方法.The college career guidance work involves schools, advisors, students, parents, enterprises and the society, etc. It is a dynamical system with several factors. The core construction of the college career guidance courses based on the system theory requires to take the principle of integrity, gradation and correlation of the system, construct the teaching staff, update the teaching content and improve the teaching methods.
