摘 要:研究败酱草多糖(HPP)对肝脏保护、增强运动力、抗疲劳以及提高疲劳恢复能力。大鼠力竭后,一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性和NO含量明显下降,线粒体活性下降,休息后,各生化指标恢复效果差。食用败酱草多糖大鼠力竭后,同力竭组比较,肝脏抗氧化力、NOS活性以及NO含量、线粒体指标都显著增大;经过休息,各指标和运动前几乎相同。食用败酱草多糖能够有效地提高一氧化氮合酶活性,可提高NO含量,增强运动能力,延缓疲劳并增强疲劳恢复能力,促进运动后机体功能恢复。Liver protection, enhancement of moving force, anti-fatigue and improving the fatigue recovery ca-pability of Herba patriniae polysaccharide (HPP)were researched.After exhaustion, the activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and the content of NO decreased obviously, and the activity of mitochondria decreased, and all the biochemical parameters were poor recovery after rest. Compared with the exhausted group, the antioxidant capacity of liver, the content of NO, and the mitochondria index increased significantly after eating HPP. And after a break, all the indicators were nearly the same as before exercise. Eating HPP could effectively increase the activity of NOS as well as the content of NO, enhance exercise ability, delay fatigue, improve fatigue resilience, and promote body's functional recovery after doing exercise.
