摘  要:目的观察前列腺癌中DNA错配修复基因(MMR)PMS2和MSH6的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例前列腺癌癌组织及癌旁组织中MMR蛋白的表达情况。结果 PMS2和MSH6在前列腺癌中的阳性率分别为77.5%和85%,在癌旁组织中的阳性率分别为47.5%和37.5%;两组比较PMS2和MSH6的表达差异显著(P<0.01)。前列腺癌组织中PMS2的表达与患者血清PSA,肿瘤临床分期和Gleason评分存在相关性(P<0.01)。结论 MSH6和PMS2的高表达可能与前列腺癌的发生有关,且PMS2可能与前列腺癌的侵袭、转移有密切关系。Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of DNA mismatch repair(MMR) genes (PMS2 and MSH6)in prorate cancer. Methods MMR gene expression was investigated by immunohistochemical SP method in prostate tissue and adjacent tissue. Results The positive rates of PMS2 and MSH6 proteins were 77.5% and 85% in protate cancer. While in the adjacent tissue, the positive rate of MSH6 and PMS2 proteins were 47.5% and 37.5%. The difference between PMS2 and MSH6 expression was statistical significance ( P = 0. 006, P = 0. 000 ). Moreover, the expression of PMS2 protein was significantly associated with PSA (P = 0. 006 ), tumor stage (P = 0. 016 ) and Gleason score ( P = 0. 006) in prostate cancer. Conclusions Overexpression of PMS2 and MSH6 might be associated with the prostate cancer. In addition, PMS2 may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer.
