母猪饲粮中添加L-肉碱与不同类型脂肪对仔猪脂肪酸组成及抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:试验旨在研究哺乳母猪日粮中添加L-肉碱(100 mg/kg)与不同类型脂肪(3.5%豆油或3.5%鱼油)对仔猪生长性能、抗氧化功能及脂肪酸组成的影响。选用48头健康状况良好,胎次为3~5产的经产母猪,在母猪妊娠的第107 d随机分成4组,每组12头,采用2×2因子试验设计,试验从母猪分娩前7 d到仔猪断奶的第21 d,试验期28 d。结果表明:哺乳母猪饲粮中添加L-肉碱与鱼油可以显著提高仔猪的断奶重和平均日增重(P〈0.05);L-肉碱可以显著提高仔猪的抗氧化能力(P〈0.05);鱼油可以显著增加乳中及仔猪血清中n-3脂肪酸的含量(P〈0.05)。在哺乳母猪饲粮中添加L-肉碱和鱼油可以改善仔猪血清中脂肪酸组成和提高仔猪的抗氧化性能。An experiment was conducted to investigate L-carnitine(100 mg/kg) and different fat type(3.5% soybean oil or fish oil) effects on the growth performance, antioxidative parameter and fatty acidcomposition of the piglets. Forty-eight multiparous(3~5) sows were selected and randomly allotted toone of four dietary treatments with 12 replicates per treatment in a 2×2 factorial arrangement. The ex-periment from day 107 of gestation until day 21 of lactation, for a total of 28 days. The results indicat-ed that supplementation L-carnitine and fish oil in the maternal diet could improve the weight of pig-lets at weaning and average daily gain(P〈0.05), Additional, L-carnitine could enhance antioxidativeparameter of the piglets(P〈0.05). Fish oil supplementation to the sows alters the fatty acid compositionof the colostrum and plasma of the piglets(P〈0.05). The addition of L-carnitine and fish oil in mater-nal diets could alter the fatty acid composition of the piglet plasma and enhance the antioxidative pa-rameter of the piglets.
