摘　　要：在分析矿工不安全行为形成原因的基础上,从内因和外因2个因素层面提出假设,构建矿工不安全行为形成机理初步模型。运用结构方程对矿工不安全行为形成机理初步模型进行验证,最终得到矿工不安全行为形成机理的最终模型,并进一步探寻了矿工不安全行为的形成机理。总结提出矿工不安全行为的3条发生路径,为矿工不安全行为的有效预防和控制提供了理论依据和支撑。通过研究进一步揭示矿工不安全行为发生规律,制定更有针对性的不安全行为防控措施。We seek the formation mechanism of coal miners＇ unsafe behaviors. On the basis of analyzing the formation mechanism of coal miners＇ unsafe behaviors,we propose hypothesis according to the internal causes and external causes and construct the initial model of formation mechanism of coal miners＇ unsafe behaviors. We apply structural equation model in the empirical research on the formation mechanism of coal miners＇ unsafe behaviors and find the final model of formation mechanism of coal miners＇ unsafe behaviors in the light of this model; the results show three occurred paths of coal miners＇ unsafe behaviors,which offers theoretical basis and support for the effective prevention and control to coal miners＇ unsafe behaviors. The research of this paper is helpful to further reveal the miners＇ unsafe behavior occurrence laws and develop more targeted prevention measures for unsafe behaviors,as well as improve the level of safety management in coal mines.
