基于中医古籍方剂数据挖掘养发育发药物组配的研究

摘　　要：目的挖掘具有养发育发功效的单味药及高频药物组,便于临床指导用药和配伍。方法基于中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所建中国方剂数据库,检索具有养发育发功效方剂共计605首。利用Excel 2010对方剂药物进行数据整理、频次统计、药对数据挖掘。结果养发育发方剂单味药统计频次前10名,分别是生地黄、茯苓、当归、熟地黄、人参、牛膝、何首乌、枸杞、甘草、川芎。养发育发药物组前10名药对,分别为人参-茯苓、茯苓-生地黄、熟地黄-茯苓、当归-茯苓、当归-生地黄、枸杞-茯苓、熟地黄-当归、熟地黄-生地黄、牛膝-茯苓、菟丝子-牛膝。结论养发育发功效药物以滋补肝肾、补益气血药物为主,此类药物在治疗头发疾病方面占有很大的比重。Objective Based on data mining from the single herb and high-frequency drugs-group,which has the effect of promoting hair growth,Which guide the clinician Conveniently to select drugs and compatibility. Methods Based on the Chinese prescription database,build by China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Institute of Information Traditional Chinese Medicine. Retrieve a total of 605 prescriptions,That has the effect of promoting hair growth and maintaining. Excel 2010 tools is used to analysis of prescription drugs,which methods include Data Specification,Frequency Statistics,Drug Group of Data Mining. Results The top-10 of statistical frequency single herbs,has the effect of curing hair,respectively are raw rehmannia,tuckahoe,angelica,concocted rehmannia,ginseng,achyranthes,fleece-flower root,medlar,liquorice and rhizoma chuanxiong. The top-10 of drugs-group,respectively are ginsengporia,poria-raw rehmannia,concocted rehmannia-poria,angelica-poria,angelica- raw rehmannia,wolfberry- poria,concocted rehmannia-angelica,concocted rehmannia-raw rehmannia,achyranthes-poria,dodder-achyranthes. Conclusion The effection of drug nourishing hair is mainly nourishing liver and kidney,and tonifying qi and blood. This kind of medicine has a large proportion in the treatment of hair disease. It has an important guiding role in the development of clinical medicine,which is related to nourishing hair.
