摘　　要：如今供应链风险问题已经引起了很多学者和专家普遍重视,一条效率较高、风险程度较低的供应链可以为企业带来很强的竞争优势。笔者先对供应链风险进行分类,再运用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法对供应链风险进行评分,最后可以得出此条供应链的风险指数,并对此供应链需要改进和所要注意的方面进行说明,达到进一步优化供应链,降低供应链风险的目的。Supply chain risk issue has been caused paid attention by many scholars and experts at present,a high efficiency and low degree of risk of supply chain can bring a strong competitive advantage for the enterprise.This article first give supply chain risk for classification,then using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to supply chain risk evalua-tion,and finally it can be concluded the supply chain risk index.Besides,the supply chain needs to be improved and to be paid at-tention to the ways to further optimize the supply chain.The purpose of the study is to reduce the risk of supply chain.
