基于市盈率模型的上市公司投资价值研究——以加加食品为例

摘　　要：市盈率作为评价股票相对投资价值和相对投资风险的重要参考指标，为投资者做出理性投资判断提供了有价值的参考。以加加食品股份有限公司为例，以该公司2010～2014年年报数据为依据，运用市盈率模型，结合公司基本面和同行业上市公司的对比，对公司的投资价值进行实证分析。结果显示，2015年12月31日该公司股票的理论价值是10．25元。市盈率模型为评价股票价值提供了量化的标准，同时应结合同行业上市公司的行业发展趋势及公司经营状况进行综合评价。As an important reference index for evaluating the relative investment value of stock and relative risk of investment ,P/E ratio provides the valuable reference for investors to make rational investment judgments .Based on Gaga Food Co .,Ltd .（Gaga Food ,stock code ：002650 .SZ）as a case and its annual re‐port data from 2010 to 2014 ,the paper compares Gaga Food with other listed companies in the same indus‐try and analyzes empirically the investment value using the P/E Model .The results show that the theoreti‐cal value of Gaga Food on December 31 ,2015 is 10 .25 Yuan .The results of this study suggest that the P/E Model provides a quantitative criterion for the evaluation of stock value .At the same time ,a comprehen‐sive evaluation should be carried out by combining the industry trends and operating conditions of the com‐pany .
