非小细胞肺癌患者CD_(151)及整合素α3β1蛋白的表达与病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的分析非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者CD_(151)及整合素α3β1蛋白的阳性表达情况。方法选取我院2007至2011年我院经手术切除并经常规病理证实的65例NSCLC患者标本为研究组,选取同期15例肺良性病变组织病理标本作为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法检测CD_(151)及α3β1在NSCLC中表达水平,采用阳性细胞半定量法进行结果判定。结果研究组中,共43例患者CD_(151)阳性表达,阳性率66.2%;对照组中共4例患者CD_(151)阳性表达,阳性率26.7%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组中,共35例患者α3β1阳性表达,阳性率53.8%;对照组中共2例患者α3β1阳性表达,阳性率13.3%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同吸烟史、T分期、病理分型、淋巴结转移数的患者CD_(151)阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同吸烟史、病理分型、淋巴结转移数的患者α3β1阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD_(151)与α3β1阳性表达具有一致性,列联系数C=0.57(P<0.01)。结论 NSCLC患者CD_(151)及α3β1阳性表达情况与患者的病理指标具有相关性,且两者表达具有一致性,表明CD_(151)及α3β1在NSCLC发生发展过程中具有协同作用,对患者的治疗及预后有指导意义。Objective To analyze the positive expression of CD_（151） and integrin α3β1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods Specimens of 65 NSCLC patients who received sugery resection and were confirmed by conventional pathology between 2007 and 2011 were selected as study group and tissue pathological specimens of 15 cases of benign lung disease in the same period were selected as control group. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression level of CD151 and integrin α3β1 in NSCLC and results were judged by semi quantitative method of positive cells. Results In the study group,there were 43 patients having positive expression of CD151,with a positive rate of 66. 2%; in the control group,there were 4patients having positive expression of CD151,with a positive rate 26. 7%. The difference between the two groups has statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. In the study group,a total of 35 patients had integrin α3β1 positive expression,the positive rate being53. 8%. While in the control group,a total of 2 patients had integrin α3β1 positive expression,the positive rate being 13. 3%. The difference between the two groups has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The differences of CD_（151） positive expression among patients with different smoking history,T staging,pathological type and amount of lymph node metastasis were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The differences of integrin α3β1 positive expression among patients with different smoking history,T staging,pathological type and amount of lymph node metastasis were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The positive expression of CD_（151） and integrin alpha 3 beta 1 had consistency and the contingency coefficient C equaled 0. 57（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Positive expression of CD151 and integrin alpha 3 beta 1in NSCLC patients has correlation with patients＇ pathological indicators and in the same time,the expression of the two protein has consistency,indicating that CD151 and integrin
