椅旁CAD/CAM多层色贴面修复切牙缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价椅旁计算机辅助设计与制作(CAD/CAM)多层色贴面修复切牙复杂缺损的美学效果和成功率。方法:对60例切牙复杂缺损患者的66个患牙进行0.2 mm厚度以内的牙体预备或不进行牙体预备,运用CEREC 3D椅旁系统设计制作多层色全瓷修复体,应用树脂粘结剂粘结;修复后即刻患者采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价美学效果满意度;修复后6、12、24个月复查,参照改良的USPHS评价成功率。结果:修复后即刻患者对修复体美学效果的满意度为9.65±0.5,修复后6、12、24个月成功率分别为100%(66/66),100%(66/66),96.97%(64/66)。结论:椅旁CAD/CAM多层色修复切牙复杂缺损,能有效保存牙体组织,临床效果良好。AIM：To evaluate the clinical application value of chairside CAD/CAM of multilayer color ve-neers in the repair of complicated incisor defects.METHODS：66 anterior teeth with complicated defects in 60 pa-tients were included.Less than 0.2 mm tooth preparation or no preparation technique was applied in the clinical proce-dure.The CEREC 3D chairside system and multilayer color veneers were delivered and the VarioLinkⅡwas used as the adhesive.The instant appearance of each restoration was evaluated by patients on the visual analogue scales （VAS） and the success rates of all the restorations were analyzed on the modified United States Public Health Service criteria （USPHS）in 6,12 and 24 m after the treatment.RESULTS：The instant satisfaction degree of the patients of was 9.6 ＆#177;0.3.The success rates of 6,12 and 24 m were 100%（66 /66）,100%（66 /66）and 96.97%（64 /66）respec-tively.CONCLUSION：Desirable esthetic effect can be achieved by chairside CAD/CAM multilayer color veneer in the repair of complicated incisor defects.
