摘 要:先根据滤波器衰减量要求,理论分析确定滤波器的阶数及电路原理图,再用ADS软件优化仿真获得电路元件初始值,然后采用微波电磁场仿真软件 HFSS 对滤波器物理模型优化仿真,成功设计了-款 3 dB 截止频率为 1 750 MHz、宽阻带频率2 035~6 700 MHz范围内衰减量大于20 dB的LTCC微波低通滤波器,并采用LTCC工艺制备该微波低通滤波器,尺寸为3.2 mm×1. 6 mm×0.9 mm.制备样品实测结果与仿真吻合,说明采用该方法设计、研制小型化宽阻带LTCC微波低通滤波器是可行的.Firstly, according to the requirement of insertion loss, the order and the circuit diagram of the filter was determined by theoretical analysis. Then, the initial value of circuit element was got by ADS software simulation optimization. Finally, the physical model of the filter was optimized and simulated by using microwave HFSS simulation software. And, a low-pass 3216 (3.2 mm×1.6 mm×0.9 mm) type filter with cut-off frequency of 1 750 MHz and attenuation beyond 20 dB between 2 035 MHz and 6 700 MHz was designed. The low pass microwave filter was prepared by LTCC technology. Testing results show that the measured results agree well with the electromagnetic simulation, and prove that it is feasible to design and prepare filter by using this method.
