前牙修复“动态功能性设计”概念的提出与临床实践

摘　　要：针对前牙修复中前导功能的设计问题,该文提出前牙修复"动态功能性设计"(DFD)的新概念。先由前牙"数字化微笑设计"(DSD)技术引申出DFD概念的含义,提出两者在前牙修复过程中是互为补充的关系。然后通过10个临床病例具体介绍了影响DFD设计的4个临床因素,并根据DFD提出了一种前牙修复的临床对象分类法。This article introduces a new concept,named＂dynamic functional design＂（ DFD） for the anterior guidance control of prostheses. The concept was proposed from the deficiency of＂digital smile design＂as a complement. Four key points have been discussed to realize DFD in clinic by 10 real cases,and a new classification for anterior teeth restoration is presented according to DFD in this paper.
