摘  要:以三裂叶野葛毛状根为试材,研究了不同浓度6-BA对三裂叶野葛毛状根生长、异黄酮化合物及可溶性蛋白质含量和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:6-BA抑制三裂叶野葛毛状根的生长,降低其鲜样质量,且抑制作用与6-BA浓度成正比例关系,同时能提高毛状根培养物中异黄酮化合物的含量;但降低其毛状根培养物中可溶性蛋白质含量和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性水平,提高过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性水平,这表明6-BA可能通过调节三裂叶野葛毛状根的抗氧化酶活性进而调控其生长和异黄酮化合物的积累。Using the hairy roots of Pueraria phaseoloides cultured in solid mediums as an experiment material,the effect of 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) on growth, contents of isoflavone compounds and soluble protein and antioxidase activities was studied. The results showed that plant growth regulator 6-BA inhibited the growth of P. phaseoloides hairy roots, reduced the biomass of fresh weight of hairy roots compared with control, and the inhibition was in proportion to the concentration of 6-BA. Furthermore, 6-BA promoted synthesis and accumulation of isoflavone compounds in hairy root cultures. Compared with control, 6-BA decreased the contents of soluble protein and activities of superoxide dismutase in hairy root cultures, hut enhanced the activities of peroxidase. These results indicated that plant growth regulator 6-BA regulated the growth and accumulation of isoflavone compounds through regulating antioxidase activities of P. phaseoloides hairy roots.
