摘  要:电力系统需求侧实现合理分配调度是未来电网发展的必然趋势,分时电价的推行将成为电力需求侧管理的有效措施之一。本文通过沈阳地区居民用户具体负荷用电的情况分析,实现分时电价的预测建模,提高电力系统运行的稳定性、减缓发电侧的电力投资、切实合理分配居民用电费用的使用,为智能电网需求侧的主动配网提供合理的依据。Realizing reasonable distribution and dispatch of electric system from the demand side is the inexorable development trend of future grid, and the implementation of time-of-use electrovalence is the effective measure of demand side management for electric power. Based on the aualysis about the specific electrical load of Shenyang's residents, this paper conducted the forecast modeling of time-of-use electrovalence, and provided rational basis for improving the stability of electric system operation, reducing the electric investment, reasonably distributing the use of residents' electric charge, as well as the initiative distribution network of smart grid from demand side.
