摘　　要：卫生事业管理专业是一门学科跨越范围较广的专业,对学生职业能力、职业素质、职业知识的方面要求很高。综合能力教育是应用型教育的进一步深化,是普通高等院校应用型人才培养的方向,KAQ教育是综合能力教育的重要方式,是协调知识、能力、素质发展的创新教学模式,因此KAQ模式的推广对卫生事业管理应用型人才培养有着重要意义。As a wide-range subject,major of health management had higher requirements of prot^ssional skills,professional quality and professional knowledge. Education on comprehensive ability can further deepening the application-oriented education, which should be an important way to cultivate the applied talents in colleges and universities. KAQ education mode is an important way to coordinate the knowledge, ability and quality, which is very important to promote the cultivation of applied health manage- ment talents.
