云南省保山市女性吸毒人群HPV感染率及宫颈癌患病率调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查云南省保山市女性吸毒人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况和宫颈癌患病情况,为吸毒人群宫颈癌防治提供理论依据。方法随机选取保山市多个社区女性吸毒人员106例作为观察组,另选取保山市医院妇科就诊患者112例作为对照组,对两组进行HPV、宫颈液基细胞学(TCT)检测及HPV感染相关高危行为问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。结果吸毒人群HPV感染率、子宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌患病率均高于妇科就诊患者(P<0.05),且吸毒人群存在较多的HPV感染相关高危因素,多个性伴侣、初次性交年龄<18岁、多次流产、有性传播疾病史、有阴道炎病史、有尿路感染病史、经常吸烟、经常醉酒、经常熬夜这些因素差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应积极做好对吸毒人员的管理和行为干预,从而降低宫颈癌的发病率。Objective To investigate the prevalence of human papilloma virus（HPV） infection and cervical cancer among female drug users in Baoshan City in Yunnan Province and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in drug users. Methods 106 female drug users were randomly selected as the observation group in a number of communities in Baoshan City,112 cases patient were randomly selected as the control group in the Department of gynecology clinic of Baoshan Hospital, HPV,thinprep cytologic test（TCT） and HPV infection relate risk behaviors questionnaire were conducted for them and make statistical analysis. Results The incidence of HPV infection rate,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer was higher than that of gynecological patients in drug users（P0.05）,and there were more HPV infection related risk factors among drug users,multiple sexual partners,the first sexual intercourse age less than 18 years old,multiple abortion,sexually transmitted disease history, vaginitis history, a history of urinary tract infection, smoking, often drunk, often stay up late, All of the above factors were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The management of drug addicts and behavioral intervention should be actively reduced the incidence of cervical cancer.
