不同临床分期对原发性肝癌患者血清VEGF、TNF-α表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性肝癌(PHC)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)活性和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:选择63例PHC患者,采用2001年中国抗癌协会肝癌专业委员会制定的PHC诊断及分期标准分为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期,另选取30例健康体检者作为对照组,检测所有受试者VEGF、TNF-α表达的情况。结果:不同分期PHC患者血清中VEGF、TNF-α含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期PHC患者VEGF、TNF-α含量逐渐增高;Ⅱ期VEGF、TNF-α含量明显低于Ⅲ期(P<0.05);Ⅳ期VEGF、TNF-α水平显著高于Ⅱ期(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF、TNF-α的表达水平可以作为判断PHC发生发展、分化程度及转移的检测指标。Objective：To investigate the levels change and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） activity and tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α） in primary liver cancer（PHC）.Method：A total of 63 patients with PHC were chosen,using Chinese anti-cancer association professional committee of liver cancer in 2001 formulated the PHC diagnosis and staging of the standard is divided into phase Ⅱ,phase Ⅲ,Ⅳ period,and the other 30 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as blank control group, VEGF and TNF-α of all objects were compared.Result：Different stages PHC patients serum VEGF and TNF-αlevels were significantly higher than that of blank control group（P〈0.01）.Phase Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ period PHC patients with VEGF,TNF-αcontent increased gradually.Phase Ⅱ VEGF,TNF-αwere significantly lower than those of phase Ⅲ（P〈0.05）.Phase Ⅳ VEGF and TNF-α were significantly higher than those of phase Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The expression of VEGF and TNF-α can be used as a judgment of PHC detection index of the development,differentiation and metastasis.
