摘 要:目的:研究沙棘中异鼠李素的降血糖活性。方法:测试不同浓度异鼠李素对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性及其促进HepG2细胞葡萄糖消耗活性。结果:不同浓度异鼠李素对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率达40.88%~68.58%,其中0.1mg/mL异鼠李素对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率为52.5%,与1mg/mL阿卡波糖相当,0.2μg/mL异鼠李素促进HepG2细胞葡萄糖消耗率为(18.48±2.66)%,与0.17μg/mL二甲双胍相当。结论:异鼠李素具有一定的降血糖活性。Objective:To make a preliminary study of lowering blood sugar activity of isorhamnetin. Methods:We tested the in- hibitory activity on α-glucosidase of isorhamnetin of different concentrations, and compared them with the lmg/mL acarbose. We tested the consumption rate of isorhamnetin promote glucose consumption in the HepG2 ceils, and compared them with 0.17μg/mL metformin. Results:The results showed that under the condition of different concentrations of isorhamnetin, the highest α-glucosi dase inhibition rate was 68. 58%, the lowest was 40. 88%. The α-glucosidase inhibition rate of 0. 1mg/mL isorhamnetin reached 52.5 %, there was no significant difference between it and 1 mg/mL acarbose. 0.2μg/mL isorhamnetin promote the consumption rate of glucose in the HepG2 cells was 18.48 %, 0.17μg/mL metformin was 15. 13%. The results of test show that there was a similarity between isorhamnetin and metformin in promote glucose consumption. Conclusion:Isorhamnetin had a certain activity of lowering blood sugar.
