摘　　要：本文通过研究分析独立学院创新创业教育师资队伍现状及存在的问题,提出了建立创新创业教育师资队伍的全新理念,提出了基于"1+3+1"模式的创新创业教育师资队伍建设的原因和建设方式。Through the research and analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the innovationand entrepreneurship education teaching staff about the independent college, this paper put forward the new idea ofestablishingthe innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching staff .Based on thereasons for construction and the way of the construction about the innovation andteaching staff were proposed.mode of the ＂1＋3＋1＂, theentrepreneurship education
