摘　　要：文章综述了卒中后残疾的主要影响因素,包括社会人口学因素、疾病临床因素和心理社会因素,并提出了健康教育管理、康复管理、情绪管理等对策,为临床及社区医护人员对卒中后残疾患者实施干预提供参考。The paper reviewed the influencing factors of post - stroke disability, which included socio - demographic factors, disease clinical factors and psychosocial factors. And then put forward countermeasures of health education management, rehabilitation management and emotional management, so as to provide references for clinical and community staffs to perfect the interventions.
