摘 要:目的探讨叙事医学模式对临床实习护生关怀能力的影响。方法选取2013年7月至2014年3月338名实习护生为对照组,采用常规培训模式;选取2014年7月至2015年3月345名实习护生为实验组,采用叙事医学模式进行培训,包括平行日记的撰写、人文电影赏析、组建手语队、组织人文演讲和人文操作等培训形式。运用关怀能力评价量表对两组护生进行调查。结果实习前,两组实习护生关怀能力各维度得分及总分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习后期,实验组护生各维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中实验组护生关怀能力总分为(213.09±15.53)分,对照组护生关怀能力总分为(203.19±16.82)分。结论叙事医学模式能使护生养成爱伤观念,进行自我反思,产生共情;叙事医学培训在提高护生关怀能力中有着积极的作用。Objective To evaluate the impact of narrative medicine on caring ability of nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Totally,338 practice nursing students from July 2013 to March 2014 were recruited as the control group and received traditional training model,while 345 practice nursing students from July 2014 to March 2015 were recruited as the experimental group and received the narrative medicine training model which included writing parallel diary,appreciating humanistic film,setting up a gesture language team,organizing humanistic lectures and training humanistic nursing practice skills. The caring ability of nursing students in the two groups were investigated using the Caring Ability Inventory (CAI) . Results The subscale scores and total scores of the CAI of nursing students in the two groups before practice had no statistically significance (P 〉 0.05 ). But in later practice period,the subscale scores and total scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The total scores of caring ability of nursing students were (213.09 ±15.53 ) in the experimental group and (203.19 ±16.82) in the control group. Conclusion Narrative medical model allows nursing students to develop a love concept about patients,self- reflection,and generate empathy to patients,and plays a positive role in enhancing the caring ability of nursing students.
