海原城乡6～12岁在校学生龋病现况调查

摘　　要：目的 了解海原城乡6-12儿童龋病的发生情况。方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法在海原县城、海原新区、关桥乡、七营镇随机抽取4所小学的1 797名小学生,按照《口腔健康调查基本方案》及《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查方案》龋病调查方法的检查及诊断标准,采用SPSS 19.0对数据进行统计分析。结果 乳牙患龋率为53.81%,城镇为49.74%,乡村为58.43%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;恒牙患龋率为31.39%,城镇为26.49%,乡村为36.94%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;其中9岁儿童的乳牙患龋率最高,男生为70.59%,女生为70.29%;恒牙患龋率在11岁时最高,男生为47.45%,女生为56.35%;城乡学生的龋面充填构成比都很低,其中乡村学生乳牙及恒牙均无龋面充填,而城镇学生乳牙为0.12%、恒牙为2.03%,城乡恒牙龋面充填构成比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 海原城乡儿童患龋率较高且龋面充填构成比低,需加强口腔防治工作。Objective To investigate the caries status of children aged 6 - 12 years in Haiyuan towns and villages so as to provide some fundamental data for caries prevention. Methods Referring to the WHO criteria and the guideline of the third national oral health survey, caries status of 1 797 children from four schools of Haiyuan county, Haiyuan newly developed area, Guanqiao villages and Qiying town were investigated. Results A total of 1 797 pupils of deciduous teeth caries rate, it was 49.74% in cities and towns and 58.43 % in rural （P 〈 0.05 ） ;Permanent teeth caries prevalence rate was 31.39% , and 26.49% in towns and 36.94% in villages （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The dental caries rate was the highest in children who was 9 year- old, and boys was 70.59% and girls was 70.29% ;The permanent teeth caries rate was the highest in children who was 11 year - old,and boys was 47.45% and girls was 56.35%. Form of towns and villages caries filling ratio was very low, which villages in deciduous and permanent teeth were no caries filling, and 0.12% of urban primary teeth, permanent teeth was 2.03% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The caries rate is higher and caries filling ratio is lower in Haiyuan. So the oral prevention and control work need to be strengthen in this area.
