基于计量经济模型的城市用地合理规模研究以河西走廊地级市为例

摘　　要：采用计量经济与C-D生产函数等方法对河西走廊五个地级市城市用地最佳规模进行测算,应用偏离量对2003—2014年河西走廊城市用地扩张规模的合理性进行分析。结果表明:在研究期内考虑生态服务价值的情况下,河西走廊城市用地规模合理程度明显低于不考虑生态服务价值的合理程度;城市用地实际规模均高于城市用地最佳规模。当前河西地区普遍存在土地生态服务价值重视程度低与城市土地利用效率低的问题,应加强生态环境治理与保护,并通过经济产业转型升级和城市基础设施改造等措施来提高土地利用效率。Tacking Hexi Corridor five cities as an example, methods of the C - D productive function and econometric method were used to mea- sured the urban land scale, applicated the deviation model to analyze the Hexi Corridor in 2003 - 2014 the rationality of the scale of urban land. The results showed： In the consideration of ecological service value, Hexi Corridor of the scale of urban land reasonable degree was much lower than that without considering the reasonable degree of the ecological service value, land use scale were higher than those of the city with the best scale. The current common problems in Hexi area was the land ecosystem service value of low levels of attention and city land use efficiency, it should strengthen the management and protection of the ecological environment, to improve the efficiency of land use through economic transformation and upgrading the industrial and urban infrastructure improvements.
