摘　　要：在以微信、微博为主要传播媒介的"微文化"背景下,高校服务型党组织建设必须顺应"微文化"的时代步伐,充分利用"微文化"的独特优势,在理念、载体、内容、团队上进行创新,构建"微文化"环境下高校新型服务型党组织。Under the background with Wechat and Microblog as the main media,service-oriented college party organization construction must conform to the ＂ micro culture＂ trend,use the unique advantages of＂micro culture＂,and innovate in the fields of notion,carrier,contents and team,constructing new type of party organization.
