快速康复外科对结直肠癌限期手术患者术后体液免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌限期手术患者进行快速康复外科法对患者术后体液免疫功能的影响。方法纳入我院及南方医科大学附属南方医院普外科2012年8月~2016年3月结直肠限期手术患者40例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,每组20例,研究组进行快速康复外科（FTS）治疗,对照组进行常规治疗及护理,比较两组术前、术后术后24 h、术后48 h的Ig M、Ig A、Ig G等体液免疫指标水平变化。结果研究组术后术后24 h、术后48 h的Ig M、Ig A、Ig G等体液免疫指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组患者白细胞水平均有上升,其中对照组上升更为明显,P〈0.05;两组IL-6水平有所下降,研究组下降明显,P〈0.05。结论结直肠癌限期手术患者进行快速康复外科治疗,可显著提高患者术后体液免疫功能,术后康复迅速,临床效果确切。Objective To investigate the effect of fast track surgery on postoperative humoral immune function in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 40 cases of colorectal cancer patients were divided into study group and control group in department of general surgery of the affiliated South Hospital of Southern Medical University and in our hospital from August 2012 to March 2016, 20 cases in each group. The study group was treated with fast track surgery（FTS）, and the control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing care. The changes of humoral immunity indexes were compared between the two groups before and after the operation, 24 h, 48 h Ig M after the operation, Ig A, Ig G and so on. ResultsIn the study group were postoperative 24 h, after 48 h of Ig M, Ig A, Ig G in humoral immunity level is better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）, rising levels of white blood cells of two groups of patients were treated, the control group increased more significantly, P〈0.05. Serum IL-6 level declined, study group decreased significantly, P〈0.05. Conclusion Colorectal cancer surgery patients with rapid rehabilitation surgery, can significantly improve the postoperative humoral immune function, postoperative recovery is rapid, the clinical effect is exact.
