108例胃间质瘤患者的临床诊治

摘　　要：目的针对胃间质瘤患者的临床诊断特点及其治疗方法进行分析研究。方法收集2013年5月~2015年5月108例胃间质瘤患者有关临床资料采取回顾性方法进行分析研究。结果上腹胀、腹痛、腹部包块及血便等都是临床胃间质瘤患者的主要表现,术中发现患者肿瘤部位主要分布,14例患者位于贲门（占12.96%）、52例患者位于胃底（占48.15%）、27例患者位于胃体（占25%）、15例患者位于幽门（占13.89%）。在内镜下患者肿瘤都采用剥除或实施切除手术,术后经免疫组化检查及病理诊断结果进行确诊。患者危险程度为极低的有29例患者（占26.85%）、低危的有31例患者（占28.70%）、中危的有22例患者（占20.37%）、高危的有26例患者（占24.08%）。结论胃间质瘤患者在临床中不具有特异性表现,主要采取手术方法对肿瘤切除的治疗方法,伊马替尼能够使高危患者预后得到明显改善。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of gastric stromal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with gastric stromal tumors from May 2013 to May 2015 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Abdominal distention, abdominal pain, abdominal bag piece and bloody stool are the main performance of the patients with gastric stromal tumor, intraoperative found in patients with tumor sites were mainly distributed, 14 cases were located in the cardia（12.96%）, 52 cases were in the gastric fundus（48.15%）, 27 patients were located in the body of stomach（25%）, 15 cases were located at the pylorus（13.89%）. In patients with endoscopic resection of tumors were removed or the implementation of the removal of surgery, after the operation by the immunohistochemical examination and diagnosis of pathological diagnosis. Patients with a very low risk of 29 patients（26.85%）, low risk of 31 patients（28.70%）, the risk of 22 patients（20.37%）, high-risk patients with 26 cases（24.08%）. Conclusion Gastric stromal tumor is not specific in clinical practice. It is mainly to treat the tumor resection by surgical methods, and imatinib can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with high risk.
