摘　　要：目的探讨ZEB1表达与散发性伯基特淋巴瘤(Burkitt lymphoma,BL)临床病理参数之间的关系。方法收集33例BL患者临床病理资料,免疫组化检测Bcl-6、MUMl、ZEB1、E-钙粘蛋白和N-钙粘蛋白的表达,原位杂交检测EB病毒编码RNA(epstein-barr virus RNA,EBER)。结果 33例BL中Bcl-6、MUMl、ZEB1和EBER阳性率分别为90.9%(30例)、21.2%(7例)、42.4%(14例)、30.3%(10例)。所有病例均不表达E-钙粘蛋白和N-钙粘蛋白。ZEB1表达与临床分期、MUMl表达和生存状态无关(P>0.05),与Bcl-6和EBER表达也无统计学意义(P=0.067、0.057)。结论 BL不存在经典上皮间质转化现象,ZEB1表达可能与EB病毒感染有关,其具体机制有待进一步研究。Objective To study the relationship between expression of ZEB1 and clinicopathological features of sporadic Burkitt lymphoma（BL）. Methods The clinicopathological data of 33 patients with BL were retrospectively analyzed. The expressions of Bcl- 6, MUMl, ZEB1, E- cadherin and N- cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry and EBER by in situ hybridization. Results In 33 cases, the positive rates of Bcl-6, MUMl, ZEB1 and EBER were 90.9%（30 cases）, 21.2%（7 cases）, 42.4%（14 cases） and 30.3%（10 cases）respectively, and negative for E-cadherin and N-cadherin. There were no significant differences between ZEB1 expression and clinical stage. Bcl-6, MUM1 and prognosis were poorly associated with EBV infection status（P=0.057）. Conclusion ZEB1 expression is associated with EBV infection status. Its mechanism requires further study.
