下颌智齿牙胚拔除围手术期的规范化护理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨下颌智齿牙胚拔除围手术期规范化护理的临床效果。方法:选取高级职称医师接诊的186例,年龄11-14岁的下颌智齿牙胚拔除患者,随机分为研究组94例、对照组92例。研究组给予围手术期规范化护理,预约手术时间、在专用诊室手术;对照组给予普通护理,当日在普通诊室手术。观察比较两组患者术前心理恐惧程度及手术时间的差异,术后第3天手术侧面部肿胀程度,术后伤口感染和干槽症的发生率。结果:研究组上述检测指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予下颌智齿牙胚拔除患者围手术期的规范化护理,可有效缓解患者的紧张情绪,缩短手术时间,同时降低术后感染和干槽症等并发症发生的风险。Objective： To investigate the significances of perioperative standard nursing care in the extraction of lower impacted wisdom tooth germ. Method： There were 186 patients from 11 to 14 years old undergoing the extraction of lower impacted wisdom tooth germ were randomly divided into two groups. There were 92 cases in control group,and94 cases in experimental group. Perioperative standard nursing care and time appointment were performed in dedicated room of the experimental group, while routine nursing care and immediate surgery were carried out in ordinary clinic of the control group. After that, nervousness degree, operation time and postoperative complications were compared in these two groups. Result： All the tested indexes of patients were obviously lower in experimental group than those in control group（P 0.05）. Conlusion： Perioperative standard nursing care in the extraction of lower impacted wisdom tooth germ could significantly ease the tension of patients, as well as reduce the operation time and risk of postoperative complications.
